Susan B. Anthony’s Headstone Now Protected From “I Voted” Stickers
In Rochester, New York, it’s an annual pilgrimage. After voting, many, particularly woman, go to the site of Susan B. Anthony’s grave to place their “I Voted” stick on her headstone. The stone has not endured the tributes well, so now friends of the cemetery have come up with a way to both continue the tradition as well as protect the marker.
